Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Lion's Gate platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any part of our service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lion's Gate Ltd.

By clicking Create My Account you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this document.

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years of age. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

The Service is not available to users who have been previously suspended from the platform.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted

When you create an account, you must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

The Service operates on a pay-per-minute model. Your wallet balance is charged in real-time during sessions.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We are PCI-DSS compliant.

• Minimum top-up: $5.00
• Sessions end automatically when balance reaches zero
• Refunds may be requested within 24 hours
• Platform fee: 20% retained; 80% to psychic readers

Your card will not be charged until you explicitly initiate a top-up. No subscription or recurring charges apply.

All psychic readers on Lion's Gate are independent contractors, not employees of the Company. They set their own per-minute rates and manage their own availability.

Readings are for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only. Lion's Gate does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any reading.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward readers or staff
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or access non-public areas of the Service
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating any person
• Scraping, crawling, or data-mining the platform
• Chargeback fraud or circumventing our payment system

Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Psychic readings are provided for personal guidance and entertainment only. Do not rely solely on a reading for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lion's Gate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lion's Gate in the six months preceding the claim.
